As overwhelming as my life has been recently.. these three items keep finding the time to "pop" into my head. To indulge or not indulge?

Rainy days

I look forward to rainy days in Los Angeles. I feel like the rainy weather gives Los Angeles the bath it needs from time to time. Coming from the east coast I am used to seasons and weather constantly changing. Rainy days give me the excuse to stay in and watch movies and wear some my yummy cozy clothes that I never get to. I love how the rain falls on my car windows and it gives me an abstract view on what i'm looking at outside. Here are some of the pictures I took during our rainy week.

inspiration can sometimes be found on Sundays..

It's hard to find inspiration in things when you're feeling very "blah". This past Sunday I was determined to be inspired by something. It's 21 days away!

Halloween is 21 days away!

I always look forward to Halloween! Growing up I never had a costume made for me. I always had to pick one out in the store. I always wanted my costumes to look more creative. Now that i'm adult I'm able to piece together my costumes. I don't think it's a waste of time or money. It's my creativity come to life! This year I'm going with a circus theme.. Britney Spears had nothing to do with it. However, I am using her costume (pictured) for some ideas. What are you planning on being this year?

Your hair is everywhere...

It's the little things in life that make my day. This past weekend I took the time to do my hair and realized that my hair is past my shoulders. This has made me extremely happy. I'm looking forward to playing around with it. I hope it will turn out as elegantly disheveled as these photos!
